Buildings 783 + 787 – NAS North Island, Coronado, CA

Buildings 783 and 787 stand seven stories high. Each building contains 252 rooms built to accommodate 2 sailors per room. Renovations include evaluation and selection of new roofing membrane, replacing mechanical and electrical systems to bring up to present standards, removal of mold and hazmat, replacement of pipes and rebuild bathrooms. Renovations will also increase energy efficiency of both buildings.
