Chumash Casino & Resort

The Design and space planning for the Chumash Casino Resort expansion and renovation project is focused on enhancing the excellent amenities already in place and adding new and exciting spaces for the guest to enjoy. Our focus was on five major parts of the renovation; • Expanded casino floor to provide much-needed breathing room for the gaming experience • Addition of new food & beverage outlets including a Center Bar, Food Court, & Hotel Lobby Bar and updating of existing venues. • Hotel tower expansion including over 200 new guestrooms and suites • Provide new 20,000 SF Resort pool experience including food & beverage service • Expand the guest parking by adding a new parking structure The design is a balance of the existing building aesthetic with a fresher, exciting atmosphere to expand the target audience. Our goal was to unify elements of the Resort with added amenities to create a seamless transition and to showcase Chumash excellence.
