P-0438M – Bachelor Enlisted Quarters, Camp Pendelton, CA

P0438M Repairs/Renovations to BEQ 52609 is an ARRA funded modernization project to 
support the needs of the School of Infantry at Camp Pendleton. The project includes site, building exterior, building interior, FF&E, fire protection, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. BEQ 52609 is a four-story CMU/concrete floor and steel roof structure with 154 two-man sleeping rooms paired with a shared head/shower room. Rooms are accessed by exterior balconies and common support areas are centralized in the building.
