This position requires a strong technical background and knowledge of the wireless industry and will report directly to the COO while working closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and key customers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtain and communicate product requirements from existing and potential customers<\/li>\n<li>Participate in engineering design reviews and provide feedback during product development stages<\/li>\n<li>Provide relevant content for datasheets, whitepapers, test plans, product roadmaps, presentations, application notes, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with pricing schedules and quotes consistent with margin requirements<\/li>\n<li>Support Sales with necessary technical information<\/li>\n<li>Help drive tactical plan for market penetration, margin, and revenue growth<\/li>\n<li>Attend industry events such as conferences and tradeshows<\/li>\n<li>Additional responsibilities as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<b>Work Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of wireless LAN technologies and cellular networks<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of wireless communications standards: 802.11a\/b\/g\/n\/ac\/ad WLAN; 802.16 WiMAX, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Technology experience in embedded and smart antenna systems and wireless performance testing preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience in writing detailed technical specifications and product requirements for antenna system applications<\/li>\n<li>Experience with launching new products to the wireless industry<\/li>\n<li>5+ years technical Product Management experience and related work experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers.
