About This Conference

Building on over 20 years of experience at Board in advancing D&I in organizations, this event looks to the future as it examines and explores the practices that have proven successful in promoting greater diversity and fostering inclusion in a range of organizations.

Diversity and inclusion is currently much in the news – from immigration bans, the women’s march, Starbucks announcement that it will employ 10,000 refugees worldwide. One side effect of all this controversy is a widespread public commitment to D&I by major employers with an emphasis on the business value of diversity.

This conference will offer participants an opportunity to engage in a substantive conversation focused on business results. Sessions will examine how D&I contributes to business issues such as innovation, leadership development, team, individual and organizational performance.

Who Should Attend
