We love handmade! We love small businesses too, especially ones that make awesome all natural products.
Torii, from Soaps By Torii, shared with us how she makes her soap and added a Mamma Chia twist. She uses all natural ingredients: non-GMO, organic, and locally sourced when possible!
Suns Out Buns Out
The buns are out and the sweet potato rounds are in. Say NO to the grains and dairy this spring! Why?
Because, spring means summer is just around the corner, and so are the shorts and swim suits. Not only will cutting out of grains and dairy from most (if not all) of your meals, means a healthier inside too and that’s what matters most! Let’s keep our bods feeling good, because we deserve to be our best.
You don’t have to give up taste and texture when you eliminate certain foods from your diet or mea, you’re simply expanding your pallet. Sophistication and all that jazz! We opted for organic grass fed Bison instead of Cow, as its a leaner protein, and subbed our cheese for grilled artichoke and topped this burger with spicy BBQ Sauce.
So this weekend force spring upon yourselves and uncover that grill!
