We are proud to announce the Murraysmith Board of Directors has named Chris Rayasam<\/a> as President and Chief Executive Officer. Troy Bowers<\/a>\u00a0will continue in a leadership role as Executive Vice President of the firm.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201cChris is going to help Murraysmith grow with a focus on employee development, clients, and the community –\u00a0<\/em>his experience in the industry and sincere passion for the business and the Murraysmith team makes him the perfect person for the job. He was a unanimous choice<\/em>,\u201d <\/em>says Troy.<\/p>\n

As the Chief Financial Officer at Murraysmith, Chris helped our firm grow, providing opportunities for our employees and expanding our capabilities, with recruitment and retention at an all-time high. His leadership in the company over the last year helped define a strategic plan with goals that are achievable and focused on our people, our clients, and our communities. Chris will continue to put emphasis on the overall strategy of the firm, recruiting and retaining top talent, improving communications and transparency, and maintaining and growing the financial health of the firm.<\/p>\n
