For over three decades, we have given back to our community and industry causes that are important to our firm and team members. We are proud to announce that we have developed a formal Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program that will help us have an even greater impact.<\/p>\n
The Murraysmith CSR Program, launched this month, aims to take responsibility for the impacts our business has on stakeholders and society. We are committing to 28 initiatives, new and existing, that fall under three pillars: community, environment, and diversity\/inclusion.<\/p>\n

Our mission here is people-focused: for both our internal Murraysmith team and the communities in which we live and work. Our team members volunteer their time to give back, while Murraysmith as a company takes care of its own people – making it the best possible place to work.<\/p>\n
<\/h4>\nAs civil engineers, we have an inherent responsibility to protect the environment, from providing clean drinking water to keeping rivers healthy. Still, we strive to go above and beyond when it comes to environmental sustainability. That\u2019s why we\u2019re committing to reduce our footprint and serve as stewards of the environment.
