But what happens when it leaves our drawing table? We like to stay involved \u2013 guiding a project all the way through the finishing touches. Since the firm\u2019s inception nearly 40 years ago, we\u2019ve provided construction contract administration, field observation, and construction management services for roughly $50 million in public improvements annually as part of the water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation projects we\u2019ve designed.<\/p>\n<p>Having provided these services for many years, we recognize the value our team provides, all the way through the ribbon cutting \u2013 whether we designed it, or not. That\u2019s why we couldn\u2019t be happier to begin offering third party construction management services to our clients. To do this, we\u2019ve hired some of the best construction managers in the business. This group will help craft infrastructure in the communities we live in.<\/p>\n<p>At the head of the CM group, you\u2019ll find <a href=\"https:\/\/3lectrik.com\/murraysmith\/our-team\/ian-machan\/\">Ian Machan<\/a>, who has 17 years of experience providing CM services in the Pacific Northwest. We\u2019ve also got\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/3lectrik.com\/murraysmith\/our-team\/eric-levison\/\">Eric Levison<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/3lectrik.com\/murraysmith\/our-team\/robert-hopewell\/\">Robert Hopewell<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/3lectrik.com\/murraysmith\/our-team\/caleb-wood\/\">Caleb Wood<\/a> on the team to provide third party CM and inspection services.
