Michael Wall Engineering produced electrical construction documents for the 277,085SF 6-story office building known as 2100 Kettner located in San Diego’s Little Italy at the intersection of Kettner and Hawthorn. The mixed-use development consists of warm shell offices along with ample food & beverage space, a rooftop amenity space, and a parking garage equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. This fully improved core and shell building is also carbon-neutral and contains a 100kW photovoltaic system. MWE is proud to have worked with Gensler and Kilroy Realty to complete this LEED-certified project.
