Kettner & Hawthorn - 2100 Kettner

2100 Kettner is a new mixed-use development with office and retail space located in downtown San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood. Michael Wall Engineering prepared electrical construction documents for this 210,000SF 6-level development consisting of 177,000SF of warm shell office space plus a ground-floor space to accommodate a 14,000SF restaurant.

The project includes a fully-improved core with a green rooftop amenity space, and a parking garage. Contributing to the “carbon-neutrality” of the building is a 100kW photovoltaic system. The project is developed by Kilroy Realty Corporation, designed by Gensler and is submitted for LEED Platinum certification.
