Michael Wall Engineering produced electrical construction documents for the award-winning 424,000SF Qualcomm Pacific Center Campus in San Diego. The two-building expansion included a 357,000SF, 6-story Research and Development (Building AY) comprised of office and R&D laboratory space with supporting spaces and a 67,000SF, two-story amenities building (Building AZ) which includes a cafeteria, dining area, lecture hall space, multipurpose learning and conference space, health and fitness center.

The campus-style project included extensive site improvements as well as a 80,000SF, 240-space subterranean parking garage. The buildings achieved LEED Gold certification.
