Michael Wall Engineering provided electrical construction documents for the new $80 million, 4-story UCLA Anderson School of Management – Marion Anderson Hall consisting of 64,000SF of new construction Owner including limited renovated areas of the existing parking structure and UCLA building. The new building is adjacent to and adjoining the existing Anderson School of Management building on the UCLA Campus in Westwood, CA.
The scope of work included an academic building with three 90-person classrooms, a tiered 200-person lecture hall, group study rooms, administration and dean suites, faculty offices, career center, and grand event space with a catering pantry, exterior terraces, and plaza.
