Michael Wall Engineering produced electrical construction documents for this new 60,000SF building, located within the existing Tustin Legacy retail development in Tustin, CA. The project scope consisted of a fully-improved, build-to-suit 3-story, medical office building – for Hoag Health Center.
Michael Wall Engineering provided electrical construction documents for both the shell building and the 42,546SF medical office/imaging tenant improvements. Improvements were designed to comply with the OSHPD-3 requirements.
