Michael Wall Engineering produced electrical construction documents and architectural lighting design for the renovation, reimagining, and expansion of the Town and Country Resort. The redevelopment plan for the resort contains 675 renovated guest rooms, 220,000SF of renovated meeting space, 3 new restaurants and lounges, new site lighting, a 374kW photovoltaic system, and a parking structure with 473 parking spaces for a 5-level garage. Located in Mission Valley, San Diego, the Town and Country resort accommodates a 954-room hotel and convention center across a 40-acre site. MWE is proud to have worked alongside Gensler and Lowe Enterprises to complete the $70 million project.
