Michael Wall Engineering prepared electrical construction documents for this $195 million 53-story residential tower located in downtown Los Angeles. The project consists of 516 luxury apartments constructed over 7 levels of parking (2 levels below grade) which provides 514 parking spaces.
Included in the project is 18,000SF of indoor and outdoor amenity space as well as 5,000SF of ground floor retail space. The 637-foot structure sits on top of a 5-level podium which offers an outdoor amenity deck and swimming pool.
