Michael Wall Engineering provided electrical construction documents for this 50,000SF, 2-story medical office building for Kaiser Permanente located in the Carmel Valley neighborhood of San Diego, CA. The scope of work consisted of 34,000SF medical office improvements (OSHPD-3) and 16,000SF of shell space.
The building houses 20 primary care offices and 10 specialty-care services that include cardiology, dermatology, radiology and neurology. A pharmacy, lab, and diagnostic services are also available at the site. The health system has opened its first Women’s Center in Southern California at the building, which will offer cosmetic procedures, lactation consultation, mammography, obstetrics and gynecology
