This 760- foot tall residential tower, located at 1000 S. Hill Street, is one of the tallest buildings in downtown Los Angeles.
The 60-story apartment tower offers 700 residential units in a mix of studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, 52 sub-penthouse units, and 3 penthouse units; a 10,000SF amenity/pool deck; and 4 levels of subterranean parking and 6 levels of above ground podium parking with a total of 1,075 parking spaces. The ground floor will accommodate 15,000SF of retail space.
