Michael Wall Engineering produced design-build electrical construction documents for the 330,000SF Cisterra Tower located in downtown San Diego, CA. The project consisted of a 16-story warm shell Class A office building with 3 stories of underground parking and 3 stories of above grade parking (485 spaces).

The building was planned for use solely by a single tenant (Sempra Energy) with the first 3 floors used for the main lobby and for corporate amenity space. The project was constructed using a build-to-suit delivery and was awarded LEED Gold for New Construction.
