Viasat’s headquarters in Carlsbad includes the West Campus, East Campus, and North Campus; this complex totals over 1.1 million square feet on 39 acres and incorporates 17 buildings, 3 parking structures, and numerous amenity spaces. This state-of-the art global communications company provides high-capacity satellites and antenna systems to support communications infrastructure for governments, aircraft, ships, and communities throughout the world.

Michael Wall Engineering has worked for Viasat since 1996 and are very pleased to have provided electrical engineering and architectural lighting design services for all phases of their Carlsbad campus development. Viasat’s facilities include R&D and Engineering offices, SCIF Rooms, technology laboratories, manufacturing, collaborative spaces, amenity spaces, food services, parking structures, and extensive outdoor gathering spaces.
