The redevelopment plan for the resort contains 675 renovated guest rooms, 220,000SF of renovated meeting space, 3 new restaurants and lounges, new site lighting, a 374kW photovoltaic system, and a parking structure with 473 parking spaces for a 5-level garage. Located in Mission Valley, San Diego, the Town and Country resort accommodates a 954-room hotel and convention center across a 40-acre site.
