Some Recent Additions Across Our Growing Team!

We have some exciting new (and familiar) additions to our team. Here are just a few of the skilled folks who are helping grow our transportation discipline across the western United States and strengthen our water/wastewater foothold in Colorado.

Megan Annis is not a new face in our Rancho Cordova office, rejoining the Murraysmith + Quincy team to lead transportation marketing efforts in California. Megan nimbly juggles complex pursuits while always exuding upbeat energy and an enthusiasm for her work.

Devin Montgomery, PE, is also returning to our team, but now with even more utility, roadway, and structural experience under his belt. He’s driven by working closely with clients and fellow engineers to bring designs into reality.

Matt Vaggione, PE, SE, is a lifelong learner—always eager to expand his knowledge through collaboration and the pursuit of creative solutions. This passion is key to how he delivers top-notch bridge and tunnel projects across the West Coast.

Phillip Sack, PE, is well known for expertly tailoring project elements to meet his clients’ goals, drawing on his two decades of diverse water and wastewater engineering experience. He’s adding serious depth to our resume in Colorado.
