Elisheva Walters

Civil Engineer

Growing up next to a mission hospital in West Africa, Elisheva decided to become a civil engineer because she saw firsthand the important relationship between infrastructure and public health. She’s a creative problem solver who loves collaborating with her teammates to overcome challenges. Elisheva has experience designing water, wastewater, and stormwater projects in Spokane.
