Originally from Seattle, Washington, Spencer decided to stay in Oregon after falling in love with the area while attending college. In his free time, he loves to play guitar, go for a run, and watch sports.
How does great engineering work? By constructing the monuments, the roads, the information networks that improve the lives of those who use them. By inventing new processes for constructing high-rise buildings, rolling steel, digging canals, irrigating deserts. By keeping civilization moving forward.
