Elke believes teamwork is the key to great engineering, which is why she always supports her team by utilizing her excellent organization and people skills. As part of Murraysmith’s construction management team, Elke makes sure projects are executed smoothly.

Elke grew up in Ridgefield, Washington. She met her husband while working at her first job as a lifeguard and swim instructor, and they later had a beautiful daughter together. When she’s not working or hanging out with her cats at home, Elke can be found gardening, camping, taking long walks, and fishing.

What would surprise people about you? I went around the world when I was 14 years old.
