Our transportation and construction management teams are growing, and we’re excited to introduce you to a few of our most recent additions this season.

Sam DeBell loves to work with people to make his community a better place. The latest to join our Eugene, Oregon, office, Sam is a multifaceted transportation engineer whose expertise ranges from highways to stormwater.

Chris Schuyler is a triple threat—combining experience in construction management, design-build delivery, and inspection to consistently take public projects across the finish line.

Chad Maxwell is a construction manager driven by the difference infrastructure can make in communities. Chad loves solving tough challenges—the harder, the better—making him not only effective, but great to work with.
