Adam Schuyler, PE, PMP

We are thrilled to have Adam Schuyler back on board in our Seattle office as Murraysmith’s Puget Sound Regional Manager.

Adam returns to us, after spending the past year at Seattle Public Utilities, with 20 years of water and wastewater engineering and project management experience. He specializes in pipeline and pump station projects and is equally passionate about creating a climate of collaboration and growth for the young engineers he mentors.

With his history of public agency collaboration, where he’s worked hard to understand client challenges and successfully deliver solutions, Adam is poised to guide our growing team in the Puget Sound in the years ahead.

Carissa Shelley, PE

Murraysmith is pleased to welcome Carissa Shelley to our Bend office as a Regional Manager, providing oversight of our offices in Bend, Oregon; Boise, Idaho; Spokane, Washington; and Louisville, Colorado.

Carissa brings almost 25 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design and implementation. Her impressive project experience includes managing Texas’ largest water/wastewater project to date—a billion-dollar effort to design-build 160 miles of 60-inch diameter water pipe—as well as many other large-scale waterline, pump station, treatment, and supply projects. This, combined with her top-notch communication skills, has earned Carissa a reputation as a strong leader, with recognition as a 2016 Power Finalist from the Austin Business Journal and Mentor of the Year (2015) from Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders.

Carissa’s published work has appeared in Water Environment Federation magazines and the Texas Chapter of American Water Works Association.
