Core Values
Excellent client service. No, really. For us, it’s not just a marketing strategy; it’s a mindset embedded in our DNA. It’s personal. We see our client’s challenges as our own and work as an extension of their staff. The first question we always ask ourselves is how we can achieve the best results for our clients. Then, we get it done.
We don’t compromise on quality. From the smallest curb ramp detail to a 50-year regional water supply study, our sharp eye for details provides results that clients, operators, contractors, and the public can trust. Even if Mom doesn’t understand what we do for a living, she knows quality, and is proud to post our work on the fridge.
When we work together, great things happen. We believe the best results are achieved from integrating a mix of perspectives, talents, and experiences. Our teamwork inspires us to make our best contributions, provides us with the support we need to be successful, and celebrates our shared accomplishments. We respect, inspire, and challenge each other to maximize our shared knowledge and bring greater value to one another and to our clients.
If you’re eager to learn, you’ll find plenty of like-minded folks here. We share an aspiration to be the best at what we do, and our clients enjoy the return on investment. We are constantly learning, training, and embracing personal development. Our culture of continual improvement makes for happier, more productive people.
Flexibility comes easy when you trust each other to get the job done. Whether you need to pick up your kids or fit in an afternoon run, we understand. It’s hard to separate life and work, so rather than balance, we try to integrate them.
Ever play WhirlyBall? We do. Been white water rafting? Sure have. Run Hood to Coast? We’ve been doing it since 1996. We believe that weaving a bit of fun into our busy schedules makes our team stronger. That’s why we regularly host happy hours, picnics, birthday treats, beer tastings, and countless other ways to celebrate together.
We have passion—for our families, interests, and causes. In fact, we swear by it. Our engineers have run the streets of Boise in their underwear in sub-freezing temperatures to support the Children’s Tumor Foundation. If that’s not passion, we don’t know what is. Whether it’s a personal cause or one related to our profession, you’ll find a group of colleagues ready to rally behind you. We volunteer our time and money to positively impact the environment, our community, and the lives of others.
