Hops For H2O Event Fundraises for Water For People

Murraysmith was proud to be a premier sponsor of the first annual Hops for H₂O fundraiser held on Thursday. Our own Kysa Cronrath and Justin Ford organized the event, which raised over $5,000 for Water For People!

This is just one of numerous events that brings together industry professionals and raises money so that Water For People can continue towards their vision of a world where every person has access to reliable and safe water and sanitation services.

Our history supporting Water For People goes way back. Murraysmith’s President and Vice President, Troy Bowers and Kevin Thelin, were founding participants on the local committee. More recently, Justin Ford spent two weeks in Bolivia as a volunteer helping monitor water and sanitation installations in rural villages.

Water for People is an international nonprofit working across nine countries to bring safe water and sanitation to four million people. Their goal is to see communities break free from the cycle of poverty and spend time growing, learning, and thriving.
