Dawn’s experience has centered primarily on drinking water distribution system and sewer collection system master planning, including the development, calibration, and application of distribution and collection system hydraulic models. Her planning and modeling experience includes facility planning support, wastewater collection and hydraulics, on-site wastewater treatment and disposal or reuse, surface water quality modeling, and support for surface water discharge permitting. Dawn has several years of experience in surface water temperature and riparian shade modeling and has applied hydraulic modeling in wastewater treatment system capacity studies as well as stormwater diversion projects.
