Joe Foote, PE, PMP
As an engineer, Joe strives to build strong teams that develop creative solutions to his client’s biggest challenges. While he has experience across a broad spectrum of planning, design, and construction projects, most of his time has been dedicated supporting public agencies on water, wastewater, and stormwater projects across the Pacific Northwest.
Joe lives in Spokane with his wife and three children, is very active in the community and with professional organizations, and enjoys any outdoor activity, from mountain biking to backcountry skiing.
What would surprise people about you? I have driven the Rubicon Trail and biked the 21 switchbacks up to Alpe d’Huez in the French Alps twice
