Justin Reeves, PE
A long way from his first job pumping gas at an auto service station, Justin is now a master’s-degree-holding engineer on Murraysmith’s water/wastewater team. Following high school, he enlisted in the Marine Corps, where he toured the Pacific and deployed to places like Japan, Thailand, Kuwait, and Iraq. After his services, he applied military funding to pursue his degree in civil engineering, where he found his true passion. He has since provided engineering consulting services for a range of projects across the Western United States, offering specialized expertise in geotechnical design, soil and structural mechanics, specifications and contracts, and groundwater hydrology.
Though he’s traveled all around the world, Justin is a Pacific Northwesterner at heart. He likes to spend his free time cooking and playing with his dog in the backyard.

What would surprise people about you? I spent time in the military serving as a Platoon Sergeant in the Marine Corps. To most, the tone of my voice is quiet and calm, which is a surprise after hearing of my past leadership role and military involvement.
