Kelly grew up in Southwest Washington, where he has lived most of his life. When he’s not spending his free time traveling or exploring the outdoors, he enjoys woodworking and photography.
How does great engineering work? Cooperation and collaboration to create projects that are good for the community and the environment.
What would surprise people about you? I am a sand artist. I use a rake to make large designs in the sand at low tide and then watch them wash away.
