Louis Bolinger

A United States Navy veteran, Louis has been working in the construction and engineering industry since earning his bachelor’s and master’s degrees. He has decades of experience constructing roads, bridges, underground utilities, marine structures, and commercial buildings, with responsibilities that include constructability reviews, cost analysis and estimating, and quality control.
