Matt Hickey, PE
A principal engineer and Murraysmith’s chief engineer, Matt enjoys solving challenging problems, winning new projects, and developing friendships with clients. He has managed numerous reservoir, pipeline, and pump station projects, many of which included extensive public involvement programs, environmental and business impact considerations, and complex and variable hydraulic conditions. Matt’s tireless search for the most effective solutions has earned him the respect of his clients and colleagues.
An Oregon native, Matt lives in Portland with his wife and two daughters. When not attending his daughters’ sporting events, he and his family enjoy fishing, camping, hiking, mountain biking, and spending time at their beach house.
