Serge enjoys variety, which is why he loves that he can use his expertise in MicroStation, ProjectWise, AutoCAD, and ODOT standards on many different types of projects. He values the process of solving problems for complex projects and finishing up a submittal.

Serge was born and raised in Brooks, Oregon, a small community just north of Salem. He is married and has four kids.
