Rob Lee Receives PNCWA’s Lyman Ketcham Award
Our most giddy congratulations to Rob Lee, who received the Lyman Ketcham Award last Tuesday evening at PNCWA’s 2018 Award Banquet in Boise, Idaho. This award honors one PNCWA member who has made outstanding contributions in the field of wastewater collection system maintenance and operation.
Throughout much of his 21-year career in collection system assessment, design, rehabilitation, and maintenance, Rob has been an engaged member of PNCWA and other organizations dedicated to the industry. He has chaired the PNCWA collection systems committee and has presented dozens of presentations on collections-related topics at conferences and workshops throughout the country. Rob has been involved in numerous collection systems projects and programs that have seen very tangible benefits for a wide range of clients on both coasts.
Lately, Rob’s personal goal of increasing diversity in the industry has galvanized him into action. In 2017, he gave presentations at both the PNCWA and APWA Washington Annual Conferences on the importance of diversity in the water industry, encouraging consulting firms to actively pursue a more diverse workforce. At this year’s PNCWA conference, Rob was a panelist focused on how investing in diversity provides real benefits to organizations.
We are so proud to have you on our team, Rob!
